As the founder of the vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) industry in 1977, PFlow Industries custom engineers and manufactures VRCs for diverse applications including, but not limited to, those in the manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and retail industries. VRCs are intended for the safe and effective vertical movement of materials between multiple levels in mezzanine, balcony, through-floor, interior and exterior applications and, can lift loads from a mere 10 pounds to over 200,000 pounds.

Engineered to meet your size, space, and weight requirements, PFlow VRCs fit in tight spaces, can be installed indoors or outdoors, and can be easily integrated with mezzanines or pick modules. VRCs offer more placement options than elevators and they do not require separate machine rooms or feet of pit depth, making them space efficient. And, because of their structural support and enclosed carriage framework, PFlow VRCs keep loads from falling, creating a safer and more efficient alternative to forklifts or scissor lifts.

PFlow offers both mechanical and hydraulic VRC options. If you need a lift that is capable of continuous use and unlimited vertical rise, our mechanical lifts are your best option. For lifting load ups to 10,000 pounds, our two-post M Series, straddle or cantilever lifts are perfect for high-speed, high-cycle applications.

PFlow also designs and manufactures Cartveyor® shopping cart conveyors, which run parallel to escalators and accommodate high shopping cart traffic in multi-level retail environments.

Hydraulic Lifts

Hydraulic Lifts

A hydraulic lift is a device for moving objects using force created by pressure on a liquid inside a cylinder that moves a piston upward. Incompressible oil is pumped into the cylinder, which forces the piston upward. When a valve opens to release the oil, the piston lowers by gravitational force...

Lift Tables

A lift table is a platform capable of holding materials and raising, lowering, and adjusting them to any height to meet the needs of an application and the user’s requirements. Lift tables are supported by a strong, rigid, and stable base frame placed flat on the floor, in a pit, or equipped with casters or wheels...
