Rotary Lift Installation

Due to the heavy loads raised by rotary lifts, the installation requirements are an important factor in maintaining the safety of the operators. Rotary lifts must be installed on a quality concrete floor without cracks and defects.
They must be installed with a minimum anchor depth of 3 ¼ inches (8.255 cm). The overall thickness of the concrete must be at least 4 ¼ inches (10.795 cm) for two-post lifts. For heavy-duty four-post lifts, it must be 5 inches (12.7 cm).
The concrete used must be rated to withstand 3,000 pounds (1360 kg) per square inch. In addition, the concrete anchors of rotary lifts must be torqued to 150 foot-pounds.

4 Post Rotary Lifts

They also consist of a heavy-duty locking system in order to keep everything in place while completing the work.
These types of rotary lifts are more likely to be chosen by facilities and technicians. They do not have any columns that help to increase productivity. Facilities can choose from 4-leg, 6-leg, or even 8-leg lifts, depending on the vehicle types on which are being worked.
Parallelogram lifts also consist of mechanical locks, surface mounts, and clear foot designs for additional convenience.
